-
Discover building blocks to improve your ability to work together.
-
Maximize individual strengths and the overall strengths of the team.
-
Develop strategies to overcome obstacles that prevent or slow down teamwork.
Once team members learn about their communication style and how to recognize and work with the styles of others, they increase their ability to deliver great results. Business leaders are often sidetracked mediating employee disagreements, and the enterprise is impacted by the lack of focus on results. Understanding communication styles can also help leaders motivate and reward team members for higher productivity and loyalty.

It is designed to help leaders uncover gaps and areas for improvement within their teams. A Leadership Harbor Coach will work with you and your team, facilitating and unpacking strengths and weaknesses, providing immediate feedback to Team Leaders, and a thorough followup written report on areas for improvement and suggestions to help Team Leaders accomplish them.

Ministry Coaching and LH Quests
We provide resources to pastors, parishioners, and churches so congregations can develop a focused ministry plan, based on their strengths and passions, that shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is done by assessing a congregation's Spirituality, Hospitality and Leadership.
An LH Quest is a look at the life, mission, and ministry of a congregation. The purpose of the quest is to help the governing body of the church, the pastor, and the congregation reflect on the church's strengths, find direction, and discern its future. This is not a "canned" program to be imposed upon a congregation with a predetermined outcome, set agenda, or timetable,. It is individualized according to a congregation's needs and desired results.
"If you don't know where you are going, chances are you won't get there. Planning is essential in
the redevelopment of congregations. As the dynamics of redevelopment unfold, a series of ministry
plans will emerge. Components of the plan might include changes in worship, education,
programs, and structure. If these are to occur, an overall ministry plan ought to be developed."
Steven Booths, Living the Vision Congregational
This is a nondenominational process, applicable to all church sizes. It can be especially useful for congregations in the midst of change of pastoral leadership.
