GAP Year - Employers
What would a driven Young Adult do for your Company, in an Internship or as an employee?
Leadership Harbor's GAP Year Participants are taking a constructive time out between High School and College/Higher Education or Starting a Career.
They are intentionally developing their leadership skills and planning their next steps. We know they would be an excellent fit in your Business/Organization. This would give them
intentional hands-on job/career experience.
If you are an Employer or Organization Leader we would love to add you to our list of places our Young Adult GAP Year participants may reach out and connect with to explore possibilities of an Internship or Job.
Think of the Leadership Harbor GAP Year as your introduction to some driven individuals that given the opportunity, may add value to your business while learning some valuable skills and lessons, as they pursue their next steps.
Your only commitment is in having conversations with interested Young Adults to determine if there is a fit between your business/organization and the Young Adult. If you decide to offer them a job or internship, you do so directly, in agreement with them. Knowing that they are intentionally investing in their growth and leadership through Coaching, Masterminds and more during their GAP Year.
