23 & You?

This past weekend we set our clocks back an hour and “gained an extra hour of sleep.” Let’s be honest though, show of hands, how many of us actually got an extra hour of sleep? I suspect not many.

Whether we actually “get” an extra hour of anything or not I think it’s still a great opportunity to think about how intentional we’re being with our time. It’s our most valuable resource after all. So, if you looked back over the last year, week, or just today - how intentional have you been, has your family been, with your time?

We can’t be perfect, but we can take time to evaluate and adjust - there is always going to be room for improvement. So, I want to challenge you to set aside a few moments to do just that for you. For your family. Encourage your youth to do the same.
