When we focus on the outside, people will notice, we will feel good for a brief moment in
the person that noticed or move on, and forget, you will be stuck on you for more recognition but you won’t get it because people acclimated to your presentation. People only noticed a macabre. That’s why Barnum’s circus was so successful.
However, if you focus on the inside, people may not acknowledge or recognize that you have improved. But when they come in contact with you and you act based on your character, people will remember. Not only will they remember, but they will tell others about you. A positive buzz will be around you. Your influence will increase. When you are given a compliment, it will have meaning, and it will sustain you. You will be able to use it to climb closer to your potential. Your character draws others in and gives them the desire to follow you.
