Diversity is a hot topic in today's world.  What makes us diverse, can also help us work better together.  These 2 workshops provide you with tools to better engage all ages of workers - or family members - better together.

New Kind of Diversity Workshop - 8:30 AM - Noon

For the first time in history, up to 5 generations are working alongside one another.  Each generation has different drivers for the way they think and behave.  Instead of clashing, feelings of disrespect, and not valuing each other, let's bridge the gaps between people, and begin working together by better understanding the driving forces of the generations.  Connect better.  Understand youger and older collegues better.  Get the most out of each person on your team.

Working Genius Workshop - 1:00-3:00 PM 

Everyone has natural talents when it comes to work.  Each person has 2 areas of genius or gifts, that give us joy, energy and passion.  Each of us also have 2 areas of frustration - the things that rob us of our joy and energy.  And then we have 2 areas were we are Competent.  We may be very good in those areas eve!  Yet somehow, we find ourselves drained of energy if we spend too much focus or time doing those tasks.  The results of this assessment and workshop time will help you - and your team - form an interdependent and comprehensive process of how we can work best together and live a more fulfilling career/life because of it.  A Working Genius Assessment is included and MUST be completed BEFORE the workshop.  Please bring your copy with you (paper or pdf on a device).  The assessment takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
