Basic Aspects of DEI Work in Business

Commitment to DEI is pivotal to the health and success of your business in our increasingly diverse society.  Join this exploration of 7 basic DEI aspects (Accessibility, Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-bias, and Allyship) with AJEDI Coach/Consultant Zac, as we dive into one aspect for half-an-hour each week via Zoom over the lunch hour (feel free to bring your lunch).  Each session will include a lesson on a certain aspect and then time for discussion, questions, and application to the business world.    

There is no preparation or previous knowledge about DEI work required to participate.  At the end of each session you'll leave with an understanding of the DEI aspect, how it can benefit your business, ideas for implementation in your business, and a one-page highlight of the aspect explored.    

Each session will be recorded and available for playback to registered participants. So, even if you can't make all the sessions, you can still benefit by viewing the session when you have time.  The one-page highlight will also be available to registered participants who can't make a session.  If you are only interested in learning about one or a few of the DEI aspects, you can register for only those sessions.
