About the Event
Commitment to DEI is pivotal to the health and success of your business in our increasingly diverse society. Join this exploration of 7 basic DEI aspects () with AJEDI Coach/Consultant Zac, as we dive into one aspect for half-an-hour each week via Zoom over the lunch hour (feel free to bring your lunch). Each session will include a lesson on a certain aspect and then time for discussion, questions, and application to the business world. Accessibility, Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-bias, and Allyship
There is no preparation or previous knowledge about DEI work required to participate. At the end of each session you'll leave with an understanding of the DEI aspect, how it can benefit your business, ideas for implementation in your business, and a one-page highlight of the aspect explored.
