Join us for an exciting journey at Crew Club, where middle school youth come together for four dynamic 34-minute sessions, once a week.  Connect with like-minded peers and your dedicated Leadership Coach as we dive into the world of leadership and personal growth.

Chasing Failure - is a place for us to talk about the imporatnce of failures in our journey as leaders.  Finding our Dream and going for it. Evaluating our experiences along the way.  How do we turn the falling short into success and significance?  Ryan Leak says 'the common denominator successful people have is that at some point they have all failed in their journey.'
