The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership- Let’s Study Four! - May/June Series

This is not to make it overwhelming, but rather to understand that the best leadership develops daily, not in one day, nor in twenty-one; it truly is a daily process.   

In the fully revised and updated 25th Anniversary Edition of Maxwell's New York Times bestseller provides clear guidance on how to become an effective leader in today's world.  John Maxwell has gone through every word of this book and updated it for the next generation of leaders, adding new insights to these timeless laws and incorporating lessons learned since he originally wrote the book. He removed dated stories and replaced them with fresh ones that apply to today’s world of business.  And if reading another book is not for you, don’t.  Yes, just tap into learning the laws through discussion and your own application. However, if you do want the book, make sure it’s the 25th Anniversary edition!   

You'll learn the key principles of successful leadership such as vision, influence, responsibility, and commitment. It highlights ways to set goals for yourself and your team while maintaining emotional balance during difficult times. Each law is backed up by inspiring and practical examples from Maxwell's personal experience. What he didn't change are the powerful leadership truths that have been helping people become better leaders for the last quarter century. This is still the best book on leadership people can buy, whether they want to:  

• Learn leadership on their own, 

• Develop as leaders in a group, or 

• Teach leadership to others as a mentor.  

In this four-session study, we will study FOUR of the Leadership Laws in depth, with the goal of maximizing your leadership growth journey and giving you greater confidence and influence.  The book is optional (sold separately) and not necessarily required reading, but it will greatly assist your ability to integrate the laws into your daily leadership lifestyle.  We will begin with some teaching on each law and move into practical discussions.  

If you are ready to step out of your comfort zone and take the steps to being a better leader, this study is right for you.  In the sense of a true mastermind, we will explore what it takes to grow leadership skills and add value to your goals of success and significance.
