Everyone has natural talents when it comes to work.  Each person has 2 areas of genius or gifts, that give us joy, energy and passion.  Each of us also have 2 areas of frustration - the things that rob us of our joy and energy.  And then we have 2 areas were we are Competent.   Yet somehow, we find ourselves drained of energy if we spend too much focus or time doing those tasks - even though we may be very good in those areas! .  The results of this assessment and workshop time will help you - your partner - or your team - form an interdependent and comprehensive process of how to work best together and live a more fulfilling career/life because of it.  A Working Genius Assessment is included and MUST be completed BEFORE the workshop.  Please bring your copy with you (paper or pdf on a device).  The assessment takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
