Why do we make life so stressful by placing such outrageous demands on ourselves? Have you ever stopped and thought how ridiculous it would be for someone to sit down at a piano for the first time after being inspired by a concert pianist, try and play a few notes and then slam the lid down and say I’m such an idiot, why can’t I do it?!
Many of the most worthwhile and valuable skills in life are not
handed out at birth and they are not acquired in a day. They are developed, and often developed over long periods of time. The good news is, you can make a lot of progress as a speaker and a communicator with only modest effort. Seriously!
