People matter. This may be the single most important statement of human experience. How
you treat people will demonstrate more about your character than anything else you do.
Passion matters. If you don’t believe it, neither were the people you were trying to influence. You can’t borrow or fake belief. Your actions will betray you.
Perspective matters. We really rarely reach our ideal selves. This is mostly due to the lack of systems in our lives. A lack of preparation results in more frequent course corrections. However, if we plan ahead and prepare for the journey, we are more likely to stay in line with our character. We need to step back, take a look at the big picture and then move forward.
