This past year my word has been FOCUS. It was something I landed on about a year ago and has helped to guide me as I lived into my Why both personally and professionally throughout 2022.

In a time of year that tends to have an extra dash of stress, take time in these final days of 2022 and pause to reflect on what has been and dream of what could be. I would love to journey with you on your, your youths and/or your families personal growth journey as we head into January.
