Good Heath Comes from an Investment in Health and Healthy Habits

Disappointments in business, and in love, stand at the head of the list of causes of fear of ill

health. Do you know anyone that has struggled in their career or in the entrepreneurial business such that the thoughts led to a feeling of ill health? These thoughts are more about the creation of a reason or an excuse that allows the struggles in business/career to be blamed for the eventual significant downturn of business, if not even the ultimate failure of it. Be an action oriented person - if you don’t feel well, then do something constructive about it. You have many options - go to a doctor, get some rest, take some over-the-counter medications to alleviate the symptoms. Maybe it’s exercise, or even fresh air? Try one, try them all! But never give up!
