In the tapestry of life, woven with aspirations and dreams, I find myself drawn to the
profound essence of personal growth. It's a journey that has sculpted the contours of my existence, filling it with purpose and meaning. As I traverse the landscape of my own aspirations, I can't help but extend my gaze towards you, dear reader, with a heartfelt wish—a wish for the realization of your fullest potential, for the attainment of the success you once dared to dream of.
The Quest...
Over the years, my pursuit of personal growth has been both a quest and a privilege. It has led me through valleys of self-discovery and peaks of achievement, shaping me into the person I am today. In it, I became a chemical engineer. For some, that is an admirable accomplishment. But I wanted to make a greater difference with and for others. Some know this led to a greater spiritual journey as I went through training to become a lay pastor. This did allow me to add value to others. It also prepared me for personal advancement and promotions, which gave me some opportunity to weigh in with others. Yet, too often these engineers grew up with the concept of making their progress on their own. And I continue to see that thought process - from the thought, "I know leadership" (because I’ve had some success) to "I wasn’t even aware there could be more for me." There is so much more!
Which one are you?
This has encouraged me to search for more growth. And while on this journey, I've come to realize that my own growth is intertwined with the growth of those around me. And thus, my wish for you is born—a wish that stems from a place of genuine concern and unwavering belief in your potential.
