They say show me your bank account and your calendar and I’ll show you what’s most important to you.
The things that matter most to us make it onto our calendar. We invest our time where we feel it’s best spent. Do we always get it right? Absolutely not. I know there are times after I’ve plotted out how to intentionally spend my time that something went sideways. I look back at the end of the week only to realize I screwed up.
One of the driving reasons I wanted to launch a new podcast was to help us all, a community of parents, caregivers and others who invest in and care about youth do better. Better with our time, with the choices we make, in the people we learn from, and in how we go about investing in the youth we care about.
Growing Up, with Chris is a podcast for all of us. I look forward to the many great folks I’ll get to introduce you to. The ones who will share things that will help each of us be better. The questions you submit (questions@leadershipharbor.com) and what this will all end up looking like.
