Principle from John Maxwell’s book, Winning with People. Simply put, when we help others, we help ourselves. Zig Ziglar is known for saying, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.” Helping others is a selfless action; it demonstrates care for others. When we do things for others, they in turn, want to return the favor. So…..what is the first idea that comes to mind, of what are you going to do for someone else? Now - go do it! And feel the blessing of helping others. Do not look for the return, it will happen in due time.
