The Law of the Lid states: How Well You Lead Determines How Well You Succeed.
To grow past the level of your lid you must be aware of our limits. You must label what is holding you back.
The first step to moving the level of your lid is to be aware and acknowledge that you have limitations. In other words, you need to confess your sins. This confession isn’t the deep, dark secrets we try to keep between ourselves in Jesus. But the ones that are so common. We probably don’t even think of them as sins. Things like laziness, procrastination, not giving max effort or doing just enough. Basically not being the best version of who we can be.
Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
Are you walking in them? Where do you need to improve? Pick one and improve your skill so you will raise the level of your lid.
Being Average is a Belief System, it’s not worth living there.
